The WA Young Nationals are a group for young people aged 18 to 32, who are passionate about politics, regional communities, and shaping Western Australia's future.
As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to policy discussions, have your say on the issues that matter most, and connect with a network of like-minded young people from across Western Australia.
Membership also provides valuable insight into government, public policy, and the political process, while giving you the chance to play an active role in developing the policies of The Nationals WA.
The WA Young Nationals are at the heart of election campaigns and grassroots advocacy, working alongside the senior party to promote The Nationals WA’s vision across regional Western Australia. For decades, our members have played an important role in strengthening the party and encouraging young people to lead, participate, and make a difference.

The President’s Advance Program
The President’s Advance Program is an annual WA Young Nationals’ initiative which invests in the young people who will be the future of The Nationals WA.
The program runs for 4 months and includes policy development, access to Party events, and an internship with a Nationals MP or the Leader’s Office.
